Question : Why does the ball swing when it is overcast.Whats the connection of moisture in the air with swing?
Answer: Jagadish thanks for the answer.I can understand the ball swinging due to one rough side.A new ball is shiny on both sides.Wind yes id agree but it can also be windy n not overcast n the ball doesnt swing when its very dry if im not mistaken.

Answer: The basics of the 3 games largely remain the same for a captain
Know your opposition and the batsmens' stregnths.Exploit their weaknesses having the right bowlers bowl and fielders in the right places.
Know when to go for the kill and take a risk.
Consolidate when the chips are down.
Be ahead of the game in his mind (3-4 overs for a T20,10 for a oneday n a session for a test match).
Surprise the opposition.
Good captains have these qualities and they can be fine tuned naturally by them to adapt to any form of the game.
A thinking captain will do well in any form of the game.
Its 1 captain for me for all three forms.
The 3 forms of the game give the captains different margins for tactical errors and different number of opportunities for innovation.
Question : Don't you think, this is the right time to revamp the entire Indian Test team with youngsters?
Answer: A series at home would not ask telling questions but the youngsters have to gear up for a series on a foreign soil under alien conditions.The process should not be hurried but there should be a mix of seniors guiding the juniors until they have been fully blooded and trained.
