Competition Terms and Conditions

From time to time CastrolCricket can conduct competitions and award prizes to participants. The current campaign is titled ‘Hall of Fame’ competition where we will announce winners of Question of the Day and Answers of the Day and Question of the Week and two Answers of the Week.

The T&C of the Castrol Cricket Hall of Fame Competition are as follows:

This series of competitions will be run on an ongoing basis now, until further notice. During this period, Castrol India reserves the right to decide how many times and how often winners will be declared.
This competition is meant for persons residing within the territory of the Republic of India and only those who are permanent residents in the territory of the Republic of India are eligible to be a winner of the competition.
Users not resident in India during the period of the competition agree to participate in ExpertFanSpeak without competing for any reward of any kind.
While every effort will be made to declare the winner of the question or answer of the day by 12 noon the following day, Castrol India Limited or any of its partner agencies cannot be held liable for a delay in announcement of the winner(s). The winners name will be announced on the website on the ExpertFanSpeak section.
The decision of Castrol India Limited with regard to selection of winner(s) would be final and binding on all participants.
Castrol India reserves the right to use all competition winner´s identity, including his or her name and photograph on an online, print, television, outdoor or radio advertisement to promote Castrolcricket.com or the ExpertFanSpeak section.
Castrol India Limited reserves the right to alter, change or modify the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time it is in force.
Castrol India Limited reserves the right to postpone/ cancel the scheme for any reason whatsoever including due to the provisions of any Statute or Rules or Regulations as may be in force from time to time.
To be eligible under the scheme the participant must participate online only.

The Company reserves the right to postpone/ cancel the scheme for any reason whatsoever including due to the provisions of any Statute or Rules or Regulations as may be in force from time to time.

Any dispute with regard to the scheme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only.
The prizes are subject to Income Tax and such other taxes as may be applicable/ in force from time to time.
The prize would be in the form of Castrol Merchandise.
