A. well obviously,anybody who is watchin cricket for a long time will tell that it was change of his attitude in agression.it became sort of controlled agression.but main reason was tennis elbow and back injury,bcos of which he has to cut down his range of shots.so sachin had no choice but to restrict his movements and cut down shots to prolong his cricket career which he eventually managed.i dont think there was any case of sharing responsibilty cos then also there was dravid,laxman,ganguly who were experienced enough and everyone knows sachin,s best form of defence was attack but unfortunately it was dur to injuries he had to change his game.

A. nine years!! the difference between being 27 and 36! he has been through a lot of injuries and he cannot take this body for granted like he might have been able to earlier. also man changes with experience and acquires a greater knowledge of what he can do and cannot. in 2000 he was a wonderful, free flowing attacking batsman, now he is a little more careful, he believes that role should belong to someone else. it is not something i agree with entirely but he knows his game better than anyone else.

A. Before 2000,sachin has been an explosive opener in ODI cricket as our team had seniors such as AZHARUDDIN etc,but after 2000 there were limited number of seniors and he hah to take the responsibility of a senior player and provide some consistency in batting instead of bang bang hitting
