Middle order leads India to first win
MS Dhoni scored an unbeaten century and helped India to their first win in the series against Bangladesh at Dhaka.

India beat Bangladesh by six wickets in the third match of the triangular series to register their first win and get amongst the points after suffering defeat in their opener against Sri Lanka.
Bangladesh won the toss and surprised everyone with the decision to bat first despite stating that dew was a major factor in their defeat against Sri Lanka. They got off to a brisk start though as Tamim Iqbal and Imrul Kayes added 73 runs in the Quick start period and set the base for a huge total. Imrul Kayes kept up the good work after they lost Iqbal building a couple of partnerships with the middle order batsmen. They entered the Extreme Performance overs with 208 on the board and India seemed to be pulling things back with a few wickets but Mahmudullah took charge of the situation and scored a quick fire 60 off just 45 balls, pushing their total to 296 at the end of the 50 overs.
India got off to a disastrous start in their run chase and were reduced to 58 for three inside the first Power Play with Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir and Yuvraj Singh all back in the hut. It was upon young, Virat Kohli and skipper, MS Dhoni to dig India out of trouble and they did not disappoint. The duo batted sensibly through the middle of the innings and shared a mammoth 152 run stand for the fourth wicket while keeping abreast with the required rate which brought India right back into the contest. Kohli missed out on his second ODI century but Suresh Raina joined his skipper in the middle and scored 51 off 43 balls as they took India home in the 48th over.
MS Dhoni was adjudged Man of the Match for his unbeaten 101 off just 107 balls in the Indian run chase.
